Joanne LeBlanc, CPCC, ACC provides Coaching Tree clients with the additional perspective of a second certified coach, both during regular coaching sessions and our Exam Prep program.

Joanne brings many years of experience in the startup and ownership of numerous small businesses. Her experience makes her uniquely suited to support small business owners as they "think big" and take action.

Joanne has completed The Coaches Training Institute's ten-month Co-Active Leadership Program which provided a unique set of skills and tools to creatively work with business leaders and individual clients.
